After dealing with this company for about 3 different incidents dating back to last year, initially. More recently- in the last 2 months, 2 of my vehicles were taken there without consent. Personal items were stolen from the car, charges to remove the car from the lot were completely rediculous especially after they towed a car that was in drivable condition without any consent- then charges $332.64 for the car sitting in their lot (unneeded) for a mere couple hours. This place is a joke, their customer service is absolutely horrible, management team is non-existent, they literally want to take money out of hard working individuals pockets for doing non-sense work. I hate that Skokie and Morton Grove have a contract with them- this business needs to be reported to the BBB, which I will be doing. Their workers smoke pot while on the clock and while driving and operating vehicles- whole place needs to be shut down for not meeting the level of quality a business should be running.

They are awesome I filled my bad up with gasoline and it uses diesel as I am from out of town I want aware of the green handle being gas well my bus shut down with people were on it long story short Luis from Lin Mar touring tired my bus to there store mine you 4th of July weekend came back early the next morning the mechanics was doing his this I had a chip of coffee treated a bit and started another cup I wasn't even finished when I was told the mechanic was done I was like totally ecstatic. Thank you Lin Mar you guys are awesome also shout out to Kora I know it's not right but they'll know whom I'm speaking of brother showed mange a great time very professional and interesting thank you from the bottom of my heart I'll always remember you guys.

Was recommended by mechanic for longer distance tow (30+ miles). Communication was very good during set up and enroute.

Best looking trucks and equipment around. They provide quick service, and their drivers are very courteous and professional.
