A little back story, I purchased a new pioneer stereo online along with the parts to have it installed in my car. I take it to a gentleman I found on Craigslist who said he'd install it for $150 and have it done in under an hour. After sitting at this guys shop in New Windsor for over 6 hours he finally tells me he can't figure out why the sound isn't working. Wants me to still pay the agreed upon price which I refused to do. Two days later I pull up to Auto Images at 5:50 PM to inquire about if there was anyway he could solve the problem of getting this stereo to work. With only 10 minutes before closing time and already having plans with his family he agreed to fix it for me on the spot. After taking apart the dash Ray tells me that the technician who worked on it before had me buy the wrong wiring harness. Ray then personally took me to Best Buy in his own vehicle so we could purchase the correct harness. By 6:45 I was rolling out of his parking lot with a stereo that was working. Ray I greatly appreciate your selflessness and helping someone out that was in a bind! I would highly recommend  my friends and family to Auto Images!

My wife and I came in to replace our blown speaker, and were greeted by Ray. He was courteous, informative, and very welcoming. Him and his team assessed the issue and quickly replaced the problem unit. We were in and out. It is rare to receive such quick and courteous service. I would most definitely recommend coming here for all the services they offer. Thank you so much for your attentiveness.

I left my car with Ray over the weekend to get the windows tinted.  Ray was very accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I needed.  He called me as soon as it was done and made the experience extremely straightforward.  Highly recommend Auto Images!!!!

All of these bums leaving bad reviews here clearly know nothing of cars and know especially nothing about car modifying. It's a delicate process that requires a lot of patience and effort. Every car is different....even if they are the same make and model some bits and pieces might come apart easier than others. With that being said, I was especially happy with the work done on my Audi A4. Anyone who knows cars knows that German automakers have made some of the most difficult cars to work on. I was trying to install an aftermarket radio and steering wheel control adapter to my car and I could only get part of the install down. I was recommended to Auto Images and gave them a call and they were able to help me out and get the job done within hours. Don't let these bad reviews scare you away. Great place and great owner.

Wow just wow. Ray is a pleasure to work with. Came in with stereo issues, he put in the replacement, and pointed me in the right direction for parts. Definitely doing more business with him!
