Great experience!  Our young, pleasant salesman, Jonathan, treated us with patience and respect from the very beginning.  We never had a more satisfying time leasing a car.  We felt that we were given a fair price after only minimal negotiations.  There were no tricks…no pressure.  If only it could always be so.  We love the car and highly recommend Taconic Kia and, of course, Jonathan.  We would send friends and family there.

Excellent experience. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable about the product. Very helpful for thought. Nice smooth transaction. With new owner followups. I recommend you purchasing your next car from Taconic Kia. You will be happy you did.

So I get a contest in the mail.  MATCH AND WIN. I match $2500. It is clearly printed. So I call and they say it is real and you can come and pick up the money. Ok, so I drive 40 miles to the Kia dealership and some sales man says you won, park you're  car and have a seat. He gives me a 5 dollar Wal-Mart card says I didn't WIN 2500 but I was entered in another contest. Talk about bait and switch.  If they do this to get you there, you could imagine what they do to customers.

Horrible experience, brought 2 cars in June and traded in my financed car which they have not paid off yet and I have been speaking for months with Carol but to no avail. They are ruining my excellent credit, not a way to run a business. Will have to contact my lawyer.

Went in Friday5/19/17 shopping and test drove a 2016 optima really liked it but the sales guy was less then inviting.   I have heard good things about the people at Danbury Kia and just got mail from them maybe it's a sign.  I gave them 2 stars because I liked the car.
