I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service I received from Dutch, Malcom, and the owner from the moment I stepped in the door. They were very efficient with time being that I was in and out within 3hours. They listened to all of my needs and concerns and went over and beyond to satisfy everyone of them. Needless to say I ended up with an amazing vehicle!!! If you you're in need of a vehicle there your guys!!!

I was well pleased with my buying experience at Auto Loan. My sales associate gave me ample time to inspect the inventory before making my decision. The purchasing process went smoothly. The car was detailed and ready to go for pick up when i arrived. Diana was excellent in resolving after purchase issues. Thanks Diana!!!

It’s my 2nd time coming !!! These ppl are the most customer friendly and fast acting workers!!! Great customer service!! Malcolm, Laura, ted and Diane are EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY DO!! I will come here a 3rd time if I have to... They have a great selection of cars and will work with any type of credit!!! Auto Loan Associates is AWESOME!!!

Stumbled across this location while originally working with another dealership and boy am I happy I did. The price was terrific, great selection and everyone went the extra mile to make sure I got the EXACT price point I wanted. Ask for Diana..she was awesome and professional throughout my want. Thank you Malcolm and Diana. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.
