We drove an hour to look at (and purchase a vehicle) from UI Autos. The owner was very courteous and responsive in the beginning. We met him on Sunday and test drove the vehicle - after negotiating pricing on the car, we ended up in agreement to pay full price, as the value was there. After we got the car home, we took it for a mechanic to look over and he determined the brakes were in poor shape and dragging when the car was in motion and needed new pads and the rotors machined. I immediately emailed the owner at UI Autos and told him I felt that was an issue that they should have handled prior to listing the car. He said he would send me the parts for new brakes and I could pay for labor, or bring the vehicle back to him and he would do the brakes. When I tried to schedule a time to do that I got no response. So I had them done with a trusted mechanic and sent the bill to UI Autos, in hopes that they would do the right thing and reimburse us the cost. Particularly since this was a car I purchased for my young daughter to travel safely to and from school. Never heard a word again. So what started off as a great interaction - ended on a less than satisfied note.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANDREW OR ANY OTHER SALESMAN AT THIS LOT!!!!  I came with a pre-approved loan for a car. Get there and I am handed keys to a different car. Really liked it. Didn't notice anything wrong. Prior to test drive a mechanic mentioned he has to fix the air conditioner. Andrew marked the car down to an affordable price. However the lot was at closing time so I did not mention the air-conditioner once I left. Hours after I drove off of the lot there was a loud knocking noise and it is only getting louder. It took a couple of weeks to get a response about my complaint after I had to initiate the call several times, only to be told no one got my message. LIES. Andrew said he would call back and NEVER did. And then I was told they will not fix it but it is a common problem for my type of car. MORE LIES! I brought my one year and made sure they understood that it needs to be reliable. THE INTEGRITY of this dealership IS THE WORST!!. IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE CAR DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EVER. 
RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: ANDREW CALLED ONCE AND SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK THE SAME DAY AND NEVER DID.I LEFT MY NUMBER AND A MESSAGE. CON ARTISTS.YOU REPLY TO A RATING TO TRY AND JUSTIFY YOUR LACK OF INTEGRITY.

I'd buy from these guys again. I'm referring all my friends & family!!!
They're honest, helpful
They have integrity, no high pressure sales approach here
They let you look, answer your questions, encourage a test drive of the vehicle you're considering, & then draw up the paperwork, & boom you're in your car driving home (at least, that was the experience for my daughter & I).
We came over later in the afternoon & a couple hours later, maybe less, we had 2 SUVs & 4 smiles (2 kids & 2 adults)!

Don't waste your time and money here.   Ran by scam artists who "schedule an appt" but are no shows after you drive out of your way to get here.   What an incredible waste of time.
*response to the owners response- I understand things happen and people get sick, however a phone call to the family driving out of their way for an appt would have been appreciated.   The text response  we did receive while waiting in front of a locked yard was that someone would be there very shortly.   Really?  We waited another 30 minutes for nothing.  Thanks for nothing other than helping me spend my money elsewhere.  For those still reading reviews, think VERY hard about doing business with this group.  They do not respect you,  your time or your hard earned money.

Stand up professionals that keep their word. They worked hard to get me into a car when my options were limited. I drove off the lot the same day in a nice vehicle with reasonable payments. Very nice people and I would have no problem doing business with them again in the future.
