I started doing business with Auto Masters in March of 2015. It was a great experience. The person who handled my account was great and a pleasure to work with. There was one miscommunication which we resolved in August 2017 (or so I thought). They "restructured" the company in December of 2017 and all of a sudden that resolution was no longer in effect. Since then, Auto Masters has been HORRIBLE! Their word is a joke. They'll tell you one thing on the phone and then act like they never said that. While attempting to resolve the situation again I was actually told that their policy trumps the legal binding contract that was signed by both parties. (Policy: late charge takes effect at 8 pm. Contact: no time listed, therefore before midnight.) If you're a current customer, I advise either recording every phone call or insisting that all correspondence be done through email so you have a written record of it.

Also, after the restructure, they refused to give me the referral bonus when I referred someone there because she "didn't fill out the right paper". She wrote my name on the application as the one who referred her, but apparently she was supposed to fill out a separate paper that she was never given, nor even told about. When I proved she had written it on the application, then they refused to pay me because she went to a different location than I had gone to. What difference does THAT make? And why was I not told that on the phone when I called and asked, prior to referring her, what the bonus is and how we get that? 

Avoid Auto Masters at all costs, unless of course, you enjoy arguing, paying fees you don't owe, and not collecting money they owe you!

Note: I bought my car in Smyrna but after the restructure I now have to deal with Haywood Lane.

Best place to go in your young or don't have credit! Its a good place to go if you have bad credit also. I bought a car from this lot in 2014 and It is still running smoothly today. They try to work with everyone so don't hesitate to swing by and look at some of their vehicles. Diego was the gentleman that helped me during my car quest lol.  I didn't have too many options but that's also because I didn't have a big enough down payment. The ladies at the front are also helpful and they actually car about the customers.

I would not suggest going here at all. They put a  faulty gps tracking system on my car which caused my car not to start and they held me responsible for late fees because of this matter. Mananagemnet was very rude.

The worst place to buy a vehicle. I'm not sure what car lot lets you use their vehicle for almost a month and then takes it back because the paperwork didn't go through. A month? Really? Takes that long? No. No it doesn't. Even the lowest of car lots take at most, a week to process everything. 
If you feel like you're going to get quality service, think again.
Want to purchase a vehicle off this lot? Please save yourself the trip or Drive two more seconds up the road to Tomlin. They know how to treat their customers.
