I wouldn't take your European import there. My car left in worse shape than I dropped it off on. Was there for 10 days and all they did was make it worse and jerk me around with him what was wrong. Finally they admitted I should take it to the dealership. They had it done in one day, they found a part missing likely caused in the 10 days of them messing around under the hood. I'd give zero stars.

I had a serious transmission fluid leak on a '94 Cadillac. I called Mark ahead of time and left the car in front of his place in the evening, fully expecting to be without the car for several days. The NEXT day he called to say I could pick-up the car. It was a hose, which somehow they'd found within hours. The car was out of my hands for less than 24 hours and the total charge was very reasonable, which has been the case every time I've used Mark's.

I went in to Mark's a week and a half ago because a friend had told me I needed to get my transmission fluid changed, which made sense because my '05 Camry has about 150,000 miles on it. I asked for a full flush and, since one of my headlights had gone out a couple days earlier, asked them to change the headlight bulb while they're at it. They didn't charge me labor on the headlight (just $7 for the bulb), and gave me an average price for the full flush (~$120) so I left happy. Two days later I go to turn on my headlights and see that the bulb is still out. I figure that the bulb wasn't the problem in the first place, that a fuse is blown or something, but I'm a little annoyed that they didn't bother even checking if the light would turn on. I go in on my lunch break the next day and they apologize and tell me it wasn't "screwed in all the way" so they fix it (of course, I make sure it turns on this time) and I go on my way. No big deal. A week and a half later, I go into my tire place because I'm overdue for new tires and I'm about to go on a road trip. I ask them to check, while they're at it, that everything is ship shape for the long drive. Well, guess what -- they call me to say that my transmission fluid is years old and badly needs changing! At this point I think that they must be trying to rip me off -- I got a full flush a week and a half ago! This must be a blatant lie! But they insist, and tell me to come look at the fluid -- sure enough it is exactly the dark brown color it was before Mark's ever got to it. I go into Mark's on my lunch break, and ask to talk to Mark. He hears my story and says "well, ma'am, I don't believe that. [The tire place] is a bunch of lying idiots. We always do the full flush." I insist, and he pulls out my invoice from their records -- "sure enough," he says, "we charged you $120. That's definitely a full flush." I'm like, I understand you CHARGED me for a full flush, but that doesn't explain my dark brown transmission fluid! Finally he agrees to go out to my car and look. It is dark brown. He wipes the dipstick and puts it back. It is still dark brown. He tastes the fluid (??), spits it out, wipes it again, puts it back, takes it out, and it is still dark brown. He pauses for a few seconds before saying "ah. I see. We can't do a full flush on your car [not true, I found out later] so we did a drain-and-fill. That's why there's still some brown here, because the four quarts of new liquid mixed with two quarts of the old liquid." This then devolves into another rant about the idiots that did my tires. Now I am willing to believe that they did the drain-and-fill, because looking online I can see that the color does often remain brown (though to my admittedly untrained eye, it was no lighter than before...). However, this means that they charged me $120 for what should have cost half that, at the very most. Like I said, when Mark saw the $120 charge before looking at the fluid, he said that it must have been a full flush -- yet when I pointed this discrepancy out, he avoided the question and insisted that a reasonable drain-and-fill costs that much. While we were arguing this out he had the nerve to chuckle and say "I see that we didn't charge you labor on the headlight fix. But of course you're not complaining about that little favor, are you?" which 1. is irrelevant 2. is utterly disrespectful, since my complaints were valid and 3. OF COURSE NO SELF RESPECTING CAR PLACE IS GOING TO CHARGE YOU LABOR FOR CLIPPING IN A BULB ESPECIALLY IF THEY DON'T EVEN DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I ended up leaving without my $120. Do not make my mistake!
