Overall experience was very good. These days it is hard to find an honest salesman. Herb (Salesman) and Kenny (GM), was professional and no pressure. Fitzgerald's eliminates the haggle by offering the Fitz price. At first I was hesitant. After doing research with tools like true car, Edmund's, and others, I decided to make my purchase. Because of this I decided to purchase two vehicles in one week.

This place is amazing. Natalie in service was exceptional, she was very easy to work with. Explained in detail work that need to be done. Vehicle was serviced in timely manner by Kyle and Adam. Will be returning for future service. Highly recommended.

Not a fan. The salespeople are scarce at best. Their "no-haggle" pricing is a joke as well! I test drove a Charger Daytona 392 on my 4th visit (couldn't find a salesman in the parking lot on my first 3 visits). The salesperson I spoke with did offer a USAA $1000 discount, but I'm not sure how since this dealership is not a USAA certified dealer. This just validated my suspicion of their inflated SOMD prices. I found the EXACT same vehicle, color/options at a nearby dealership for 6k less. That is not an exaggeration either. Do your research and you'll see that they are selling their 392 Daytona model Chargers in the $43-$45k range, another Dodge dealer within 50 miles is selling the same cars in the $37-$39k range. I won't haggle with your prices, I'll just shop elsewhere. I'm curious how many people return to take advantage of your 150% Best Price Guarantee...
