Connected with Steve through Tire Rack; used email, not phone. Had tires on in less than a day after delivery. He's a consummate car guy; meeting him was one of the best and most pleasant surprises I've had in recent memory.  I'll be doing return business. Note: this is serious auto shop, not a boutique; if you want that atmosphere, you can kill time up and down California Ave.

I think this place is out of business. I called two separate times during business hours, but only got a voicemmail recording saying they'd call me back. I left clear messages asking to be called back, but did not get a return call.
