we recently leased a new E class from Mercedes of Seattle. One of the biggest, if not the sole reason was our very positive experience of working with Mr. Bright Friday. Bright was extremely patient and professional during the entire leasing process, he answered all our questions both regarding the car itself and any of our financial questions. Even after we signed the lease Bright made sure our ownership experiences were met by checking in with us every few days after we took delivery. Overall a superb buying experience, made what we expected to be a stressful leasing experience into a breeze. David

I leased my C300 from Mercedes Benz of Seattle in November 2016 and have continued to receive outstanding service since. The service department is exceptional. All the staff show prestige levels of hospitality and professionalism. I have taken my car in on multiple occasions and every experience has exceeded expectations. Bright in sales is incredible. Initially when I leased my car, I was impressed by his impressive expertise for Mercedes and overall level of dedication. I have reached out to him on multiple occasions since leasing my car and every time he has gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I may be facing. Most recently I faced a complication which could have easily been blown off by Mercedes Benz of Seattle. However, Bright was dedicated and drove a resolution, working with management, to address and resolve the problem. The overall response far exceeding my expectations. This particular experience is what drove me to write this review. I have the upmost respect for Bright and the entire Mercedes Benz of Seattle crew. I have trusted them with my business and they have returned that trust back to me. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Seattle to everyone, and most importantly, Bright as your friend to assist in you in your car buying experience.

Terrible internet sales department. Tried to inquire about a sprinter. I'm out of state, but I knew exactly what challenges lay ahead in purchasing an out of state vehicle. I was ready to make a purchase. The internet salesperson I emailed back and forth with was doing everything he could do lose the sale. And he did exactly that. He was unprofessional and his focus was on pithy, cute replies to my serious inquiries. It was the strangest experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I understand he questioned my seriousness as a buyer, but just because I lived far away does not mean I deserve to be treated like a child. Very poor experience.

Our crew arrived in Seattle for a show at The White River Ampitheatre. We noticed one of our Sprinter tires was losing pressure after traveling west all week from Connecticut / New England. Made a few phone calls and were referred to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. After a brief chat, and an explanation of our situation, we had an appointment and were on our way. The office and service department were extremely understanding of our needs and time constraint. We are in town for a performance for a day and then on to the next city and have only hours to address any issues that arise. Upon arrival, Samantha from service, made us feel right at home and began to document our Sprinter concerns and immediately addressed the issues. Within minutes, our Sprinter was in the immaculate shop and our tech was checking the wheel, tire, valve stem as well as all fluid levels. It was more like a thorough check-up after the 3,000 mile drive, than a basic service appointment. Very impressive! Once we were squared away, Samantha went over the checklist to make sure all our needs were met and to explain exactly what the shop had done. She also made sure our vehicle was washed and looking good before rolling away... Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Seattle, THANK YOU SAMANTHA!!! Sincerely, david brunetto
