The good reviews are false... They promise you one price and promise the auto transport company another price. The car arrives, and the company expects another 400 immediately cash!! Suddenly Dustin Anderson and his whole company has disappeared! They won't answer calls from either me or the shipping company. If I call from another line, he hangs up on me. I have done significant research on this company - it goes by several names - Best Rate Shipping, Transport King and Logistics, and Hardcore Transport. He changes names to avoid angry people he has stolen from. I have dozens of people on record, including former employees, and it's a matter of time before I put him out of business and in jail.

Dan Murphy was great! Always answered my calls and was there to help walk me through the transport step by step. Vehicle was delivered on time with no issues. Also they got me the best price as well. Would recommend to anyone!

If there is rate less than one, I will rate it. I am sorry Dan and Dustin, I tried my best to give a fair review but seriously I see this review is very fair. I am writing this review as I am feeling that is my duty to share my horrible experience with them before someone can be their customer. They are not shipping company, they are broker. It was my first time to ship my car, but after dealing with them, I got to know that others offer better service although they are a little bit pricy. Dustin is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. I tried to ship my car last April and I was running out of the time as I have to leave to start my new work in the East coast, he could not manage dispatcher for me on time despite I gave him 3 weeks ahead notice. He was not honest at all (The deal is to ship my vehicle with cost $670 and ended up to $1400). They charged me $205 as service fee and hold it as deposit. I tried to call him to return my service fee ($205) because they do not desire it, but they did not follow up with me. I had literally to nag them on phone more than 25 times and to leave more than 10 voice mails to bring a dispatcher for me. I challenge Dustin and Dan Murphay to send me a survey asking me how satisfy I am...

When I needed my car shipped I called around for quotes. Transport king was very informative and knowledgeable. The quote they gave me had a few different options, I choose the best price which compared to others, they were the best price. After placing my order I waited for a call from the dispatcher. A few days pass and I get the call. Driver was on his was within 24 hours. The driver that showed up was professional calling me several times before showing up. I allowed the 7 days for delivery and my husband on delivery said the car arrived damage free. I can recommend this company to others as they do a great job

GREAT service! Dustin was up front about all costs and the break down. He explained everything to me, and then the dispatch called me a few days later and kept me in the loop. This is a very organized company from start to finish. The driver showed up at the time they planned, and was very kind and professional. He loaded my vehicle and it showed up at my doorstep 7 days later- in perfect condition. I don't normally leave reviews, but this company far exceeded my expectations, especially after my last shipping nightmare.
