The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly. It's a little more expensive than the post office but well worth it.

I live an hour away from this UPS Store. It's the closest one to my home. I rented a mail box for 3 months about 6 weeks ago. I asked to be notified if a package arrived for me. I returned for the first time yesterday to find that a package had arrived over month ago. The package was too large for my mail box so they had it just sitting in plain sight on a shelf, for over a month! I had received no notice of its arrival, had trouble with the sender and received no apology yesterday. With little confidence, I again asked to be notified if a package arrived for me. I think that when the 3 months are up, I'll just move on.

Expensive!  Big ripoff!  To print a basic black & white document from thumb drive is $5!  Fax first page is $2 with additional pages $1.50!  I've gone there for various services and I cringe everytime because of their prices.  Everything is expensive and unreasonable.  No more!  Now I go to Tech, Mail, & More on Hwy 372/East St.  Their prices are half that of what you'd pay at the UPS Store and the service is very friendly.
