Story

Our customers like us at Auto Smart because our shops are clean, and the employees are friendly. They feel at home when they can come into the shop, talk to the technician, and learn 'what that noise was' and how we can fix it. We have extended hours and keep our promises. We will be there to meet our customers at 7 a.m.; and yes, their car will be fixed right the first time and delivered back to them the same day.

Auto Smart services what your vehicle needs at the time of service and offers professional advice on future vehicle services. Our customers like our free brake inspections, free safety inspections, free tail light and brake light bulb replacements, our 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on parts and everything we do. And they really like our $99 lifetime brake job. We also offer the GE Money/Auto Smart 'charge it' plan with zero interest when unexpected major repairs are needed.

The best experience I've ever had going to the mechanic!! I have had to travel back and forth from Kansas to Colorado and I'm more than one occasion needed last minute service above and beyond the normal needs. They not only did an amazing job with my car but did everything they could to keep the price down and their staff and mechanics are some of the kindest of people you will meet.

I had a recurring issue with my blower in my pick up. They fixed the blower, a few months later, it goes out again. This is common in the service industry, the difference is made when a company stands by their work and looks deeper into whats causing the blower to go out periodically. Sometimes it's just a bad blower, just replace it. Some times the blower continues to go out, the company that says "I'll just replace the blower again" is bad business, bad for them, bad for the customer. A good company says "Why does the blower continually go bad? let me look deeper into the issue, and find the root cause, I'll cover the cost of whatever is under warranty, and I'll work with you on the rest." This option may be slightly more expensive to customer, and slightly more costly for the company. But it's solid business practice. That's the craftsmanship and quality I want in my mechanic. We both may be out some additional expenses, but this is THE way to build a relationship. It says a lot coming from me. I am a genuine DIYer, and I generally hate to have someone else fixing my stuff. I find most repairmen and mechanics that I've measured and weighed, to be wanting, regarding quality and craftsmanship. Not the case with these gentlemen.

I wanted to let the guys know I appreciate the excellent customer service I received. I went in after work with a new noise under my truck. It was u joints and a carrier baring. I was in at 5:00 and done by 7:00. They let me come into the shop to see what was going on. The mechanic was knowlagabel and understanding. I could of gone with just replacing one u joint but had all 3 and the carrier baring done! Bravo!

My car was serviced in a professional manner. I was pleased with how quickly it was done and the cost was affordable. Thank you I will recommend this place to family and friends.
