I would NOT recommend this business to purchase a car or repair a car. They do not take care of their customers. I also feel that they are very unethical. In July of 2012 my daughter inquired about a 2005 Ford Focus. After she looked at the car and test drove it, she took it to another place for a pre-inspection. That place recommended a transmission flush. Daniel, the salesman at Auto Smart USA, offered to have that done for $50. When that was complete, my daughter purchased the car. While driving it home, the car did not operate properly. She contacted Daniel and he said that was too bad, but there was no warranty. Upon taking it to a local repair facility, we were told it needed a transmission. After numerous attempts, I contacted Daniel who had no interest in helping. I then contacted the owner, Jody. I told him I understood that they could not take the car back, but could they repair the transmission at cost. He said it was not his problem. I was told by the repair shop that repaired the transmission that the dealer would have known their was a problem after the transmission was flushed; that was not disclosed to us. Based upon their business practices, I would hope that they would not be in business much longer taking advantage of customers. This business gives all car dealers a bad name!
