Bought a good used truck here. They changed out the windshield that had a crack and put new tires on it. Transaction and paperwork to maybe 30 minutes.

DO NOT ENTER first they told me I had a 7 something credit score but somehow I got a 18% interest how? Then the windshield they so called fixed would leak when it rained soaks my passenger seat and the back seat car smelled horrible the summer was awful. Weeks after the purchase check engine light came on after that it would take two three tries just to start it till the point where it won’t start anymore. The guy who wasn’t the mechanic put my gps in and blow my back running lights then the actual mechanic fixed it but then locked my radio I honestly don’t how that happens. Then wanted me to get it fixed and they would reimburse me I was like no on that. The guy that sold me the truck didn’t even seem like he really wanted to help me get in a good vehicle. He was just after a sale and the fact it was my first car buy on my own on top of I needed a reliable car in a hurry so instead of being a decent human being and helping he took advantage of the situation. And my hopes for them to actually fix it so I can trade it in somewhere else and getting a new vehicle is very low this situation has already stopped me multiple times from actually going to work. If your going to still purchase from here have a mechanic of ur choice look it over because they hide things very well.

Communicated with this company via email about one of their cars.  They said it was available.  I told them I want to come see it but wanted to make sure first that it was in good condition because I'd already test driven a few similar cars and had taken one to be inspected and it had a ton of work that needed to be done that wasn't disclosed by the seller.  He said this one doesn't seem to have any problems.  So we went to check it out.  We went in and the guy behind the desk was very nice and said the guy we spoke to on email was on the phone but he'd be out in a minute, so he gave us the keys to go look at the car while we waited.  There were scratches all over the exterior and some dings but nothing too major.  The back hatch would not open at all, either with the key or manually.  We got in the car and the arm rest were all torn up in the front like a little dog had ridden in the owners kap and left claw marks in the door leather.  It looked really bad.  I knew the car had been in a wreck from the autocheck so I felt it wasn't worth test driving, it just looked too beat up.  So we start walking towards the office and this guy walks out with a frown on his face wearing a t shirt and shorts.  I didn't know if he worked there or what.  He doesn't introduce himself but says "so what do you think?"   I said "Well it's a little too banged up for me."  He says "It's a used car what do you expect.  We just got it all cleaned up it looks almost brand new."  I said "it's not for me sorry."  He takes the keys and turns around and just walks away.  I've never had a sales experience like that before.  Even with all of these shady car dealers that take beat up cars and try to make them look pretty and pull one over on the public, you usually at least get a nice salesperson.  This guy was incredible rude.  I'd never do business with them.  If I could give zero stars I would.

Best experience I had at a car dealership! I was looking for a Wrangler on a budget and they worked with me to get the payment I could afford. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Don't waste your time at this dealership. Bought a Jeep Wrangler here and traded my truck. I promptly paid them for their vehicle and they waited almost 30 days before deciding to finally mailing the pay off check for my vehicle. I also discovered that they had already sold my trade to another buyer, so someone else was driving around in my vehicle that I was financially obligated to pay off. Every time I call or visit I would get some different story or be told that the check was already sent, but they couldn't provide any proof. Finally I threatened to contact a lawyer and they decided it was a pressing issue. Now 6 weeks later and no one has seen the title to the vehicle I purchased from them. I can't get my registration changed over and the temporary tag has expired, so my vehicle sits parked in my driveway. Frauds and liars here. If I could give them zero stars I would. They also failed to perform the emissions inspection and apparently that is against state law. You owe me a title and $25 not to mention all the time I have had to spend dealing with this hassle you cause. F- (I will not be back and I will recommend to everyone I see that they not shop here either)
