This place sucks period. Today i went there don't even know why cause i knew it was going to suck. Went threw the automatic wash soft wash my ass and the blower sucks got out and it missed so many spots. So I went to the self serve part and it scratched the shut out of my car. I m giving this place 1 star for just being there other than that service was horrible and equipment sucked ass and don't respond to this review apologizing about my experience you know this place sucks.

Very rough on my car. Put rubber racing marks down the side of my white SUV. Cracked my receiver cover. And beat up my sunroof. As I was going through I was cringing at how hard and rough it was treating my beautiful SUV.. my sunroof broke and started leaking but I do realize that's the chance you take with going through a carwash. But as I was in the car wash I knew it was going to be bad news. Terrible terrible terrible why would Mercer Island put up with this and continue to go to such a horrible car wash?

These guys are great and always do a spectacular job. Not just your standard run-through car wash. They take the time to rinse and run a brush over your vehicle to get the spots that the automatic car washes often miss.  Very friendly and speedy. Highly recommend.

Brought my wagon in for the basic wash and the interior clean is better than some details I have had. Very impressed and will be back. Thanks!

Did a self wash of my car and it was an absolute waste of my very valuable time, and money. My car wasn't very dirty, but after the wash when the car dried off it looks pretty much same as before the wash. I've been using the self-wash at Brown Bear in Kirkland and it worked great so I thought this self-wash would work just about as fine. The machine barely dispenses any soap, while the Brown Bear in Kirkland self-wash dispenses a fair amount of soap so I think that makes the difference. I actually  did two rounds of washing just to make sure my car was well cleaned but apparently it was pointless.
