I had a problem with excess charges to my debit card - they have me a full refund and a few gift cards. Great selections of soaps/waxes/polishes etc. Usually busy with self-serve bays as well as drive-thru washes. Amazing customer service.

There aren't very many self-service car washes in Seattle. But this hands down is one of the best that you can visit. They care about their customers and take extra precautions to make sure that safety and that the quality of the service is their number one priority. I was there one time and people were hanging out playing loud music disrupting the people trying to just get their car cleaned and the management stepped up and took care of it right away. And I was shocked impressed and amazed they sent me a gift card the mail to return. I'll never go anywhere else because of the service and quality that you get there. So if you're s**** dirty get your stuff clean at this car wash cuz it's pretty amazing cell service and there's an automatic car wash if you're lazy.

Has a few self service bays as well an automatic touchless wash and a traditional automatic wash with brushes. Prices ranged from $8 to $14 roughly.

Used the automatic touchless wash and it was fine.

All though it's location is very convenient. There machines are constantly taking money from me and not giving me services for it. It's completely frustrating. Especially when you call and they don't do much to make you whole.

It was so nice to find a self car wash in Seattle, since there aren't many left. Everything worked as expected, but I had an issue with my credit card being charged more than the $5. When I contacted Seasuds about it, they quickly issued a refund, and sent me a couple of gift cards for free washes. Businesses have problems, but when they handle them so well and quickly, it's great.
