I often would drive across town just to use this wash.  Recently there were updates and they seem to have made it worse.  Since then my truck has not come clean.  Add to that the price went up 40% and they no longer brush the back.  More money for less service and an inferior wash.  Shame, it used to be the best.

Wash used to spray snow off your car and kick off snow built up by wheel wells before entering the wash. Now, hardly any attention is paid to doing anything other than putting your car through the wash and who cares what it looks like on the back end. If I wanted to just go through a wash, I could go to a gas station wash for a lot less. These people need to get back to customer service and pride in their work.

Almost always have to go through twice and the vacuums are often broken/have no suction. It's been that way for awhile and no one seems to care.
