I like this place a lot. Great location, very quick in and out. Vacuum and dash wipe included. Pretty colors light up the soap (which the kids never get enough of). 

On my first visit, I looped back around for the vacuums after my wash. While vacuuming, it unexpectedly rained (how's that for right after a wash??) very lightly and briefly (was done in less than five minutes) - just enough to put water spots on the car. The staff didn't think twice when I asked if it would be okay for me to run through for a quick rinse and dry.

I do recommend snagging coupons when you can - not a cheap date, but still recommend!

I had a terrible experience at the car wash today. A Worker in a beard was talking to a guy in front of me.  ----  i was the only car in line ---  I WAITED 10 MINUTES WHILE HE TALKED WITH HIS FRIEND, I FLASHED MY LIGHTS.  cars pulled up behind me or I would have left. When i finally got into the wash. I confronted him, he said he saw me and NEVER APOLOGIZED.  I will never go back ----  he had no interest in customer service ---  just wanted to talk with his bud in the black truck.   Unless you have all day --- I would go to another wash

Took my car here for the first time, it was COVERED in these little rust colored spots. Not only did it cost me another $20 and 2 hours of my time to clean it up, the car was still dirty. I’m pretty sure the wheel wells and backside of the car didn’t even get touched with soap. Worst $8 car wash I have ever gotten.

This is the best car wash I have found. My car is always spotless and I have never had any damage done to my car. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait (I've never waited longer than 5 mins) but it is well worth the time and the staff is extremely efficient so you won't wait long.

This is my favorite car wash. I have not found a better car wash in Grand Rapids yet. They also have another location in Grandville/Jenison, which is equally as nice.
