I take at least one of my cars if not more there once a week to clean them. The place used to be good and I never had any problems but I guess ownership must've changed because now half the stuff doesn't work and sometimes the machines take your money. I just had a machine take my money last Monday (October 30th) I called the number on the door and the guy apologized and said he would leave some tokens in my mailbox on the 1st of November and I've never gotten the tokens I've messaged the guy a few different times and he gave me an excuse and now won't respond at all. I'd suggest finding a different place to wash your cars. The owner clearly doesn't care.

I go here periodically because it is relatively cheap and it is a touchless car wash.   When everything is working it is okay.   The problem is it seems like about 50% of the time I go there something isn't working correctly.   Also, my car is never even close to dry by time I leave.   Its okay if you just want a quick clean to get salt off your car.

When the machines work it's fine.  It used to be taken care of much better, but over the years has gone down hill.  I have lost maybe $20 here over the years with machines not working.  Change machine not giving you the correct amount.  Automatic car wash not starting etc.  They have a number listed, I called but nobody bothered to call me back.  This winter they didn't even bother to clear the snow in their lot.  Time to find a better place.
