this is the second time I have gone and got my truck washed and the inside cleaned.  The first time, after I got home the armor all that they used on the tires they did not get off and it splattered all down the side of my truck and I had to get out there and clean it all off.  This time I went and I paid extra to have the inside really cleaned and everything wiped down, vacuumed out, the floor mats cleaned.  I also had the back seats flipped up cause i wanted it vacuumed under the seat.  I asked if they would flip the seats down and do the seats as well.  They said yes of course.  I also informed them of last time with the excess stuff that was put on the tires how it splattered all down the side of my truck.  I thought for sure with what I had talked about and paying extra that it would be done properly.  Well guess what.. The inside was horribly vacuumed and it was not cleaned... the seats were not flipped down and vacuumed and they did not clean the back floor mats that I paid to have done.  I even told the guy when the truck was done that they were suppose to be cleaned.  He took it out..ran back and did a quick clean on it.  As I was waiting i took a good look at the inside.  By the time he got back i was so frustrated that I came home and just spent the last 45 minutes re-cleaning the inside of my truck.  And I still have to go and vacuum it.  Also,  low and behold, the armor all was splattered all down the side of my truck again.  I really wish i would have taken a picture of the inside before i cleaned it but i was not thinking of writing a review or pics until i was out there cleaning and I was almost done.  I did however just run out and take a few pics of the vacuuming job.. and I did not take it of everywhere.
And the windows were not cleaned correctly.  
i am not one to write reviews and complain.. but come on already.  this is ridiculous. 
I am not real happy with this place.  I understand they are kids doing this.. but we are paying for a service.  Should it not be done correctly?

The woman cashier was EXCELLENT, very friendly and helpful.  And the young lady who service my vehicle, very friendly also, and went above and beyond.  I’ll be back!!!

Love this car wash! Wish I didn't live in Illinois. I bought the full service wash with the additional seat cleaning. My seats front and back were terribly stained, including grease staining from a spaghetti dish that overturned. Our efforts to clean these seats were a complete failure. Ron and his young helper did a phenomenal job, working on the fabric until the seats looked brand new. I am thrilled! (Finger wag for Lacey, who said she had called me to pick up my car, but no such call was on my phone.) I will be using this car wash any time I am in the area. Thank you for your fine service!

Love getting my Jeep washed here. They have a great staff that works really hard. They really put a lot of detail into the exteriors. The interior cleaning is hit and miss most times but it's always clean enough for me to not ask for a rewash. My car always looks good when I leave.
