Not even worth the one star. Very unprofessional and right out procrastinators. How is it that I had to call you to tell me that I had a stop registration. Once the release given I asked for a fax number which woman gave me and then when I came to see if my tag was ready she tells my husband they don’t accept faxes. Wth!! You gave me YOUR fax number. Once release was provided she advised would take another few days. Now she claims I still owe money. I paid directly to SunPass! She claims that they contacted me and left messages and emails, when they don’t even leave voicemails. How am I suppose to know your calling regarding my tag if there no messages left. I don’t save your business number to my contacts. Showed up again on a Saturday ( which is a day that I originally walked into this place) and the place is empty. Doors are open but no one in there. Call the woman and she tells me they’re closed. When advised that I want a refund stated have to wait 30days for a cash refund. It wasn’t a credit card. Telling me she doesn’t work for me. That’s not how you speak to people who are needing their tags. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

This Woman Have The Worst Customer Service She Is A Real Lier An she Only Want your Money.She Talk A good Talk Once She Have Your Money She Make Lie After lie She Have No Compass For Your Needs. if Her Service She Just Want Your Money I Have Just Reported this to Better Businesses bluer.

Don't go there! Came in for a tag for my moped and qst she tried to overcharge me by about $100, until I told her that'd I'd just go somewhere thatvI knew for a fact was cheaper, she renegotiated her price. Then I find out that not only will I not get the tag for 2 ro 3 days but she cannot even give me a temporary tag. If course she waited til after I paid to tell me. Then on my way back home I changed my mind and decided to call and tell her I wanted a refund, that I'll hust go with the other okace I had in mind despite it being a little far away because they can have my tage ready by the next day. Then all of a sudden she twlls me she can have my tag ready tomorrow at 4. I tell her I have to be at work by then. Then she said oh I can have it by 3. Smh. This lady is something else. Just happened today but if I don't get my tag tomorrow as promised, all hell will break loose. Not worth the headache to come to this place.

This business had to order the tag meaning I had to go to the location a second time. This was not revealed to me till after I had paid and they only accept cash, fortunate for them otherwise I would have called my credit card company to reverse the transaction because of the poor service. I called the morning after to inquire about my tag (I was told it would be ready the day of my original visit), "We'll let you know when it's ready" is the response I was given. I have thick skin but I don't accept unprofessional behavior. While I wait for them to provide poor service, I'll be leaving 1 star reviews on the internet. I would not renew my tags at this location even if it were free.

This is the worst experience I have ever had.Two weeks ago I went in for a handicapped placard and they took my money and still no placard. I called 31 times waited outside their office. When I asked for my documents and money back since they did not deliver they stopped answering theur phone and never answered their door. I waited over 30 minutes. I will be reporting them to EVERY State and locsl agency abd representative I can think of.
