Very bad customer service. When you say good morning to ever staff member you are in contact with you and only one of them say Good Morning back. They need better customer service they seem very unhappy to be working there. They speak down to you as if they doing you a favor when reality is we doing them a favor and that is them being employed. Its okay to smile and greet your customers. There isn't anything wrong with that. I think they can do a better job with there service. I hope and pray they have a better day.

The wait honestly wasn't bad. I got there at 3:30 and they started letting people know who was gonna be the last person they were taking. I was there to renew my license and wanted to register as an organ donor. The lady told me that I would be donating my whole body to science, and that freaked me out so I walked out of the office without registering. When I got in the car, I double checked because I didn't really believe her. And guess what? She was misinformed! So I try to go back in to register after waiting two hours and they tell me "see you tomorrow". I literally JUST walked out and they were still serving people.

Renewed my Class A CDL at this location and showed up at 8am, without an appointment, and was in a line 50 yards from the front door. Was outta there by 10am! Awesome! Service! The employees were very polite, helpful and nice ☺ Pembroke Pines D.M.V. employees were every bit as nice 8 years ago, also! They could teach classes in efficiency to many other government agencies. Thank You! ☺🌴🌞

Shamara handles each customer with care and personal attention! She used each customer's name and showed empathy and true concern if anyone was missing a document. Pointed each person in the right direction if they were in the wrong place! I highly recommend this location when she is working!

This is a really busy location. But if you have appointment it’s not that bad. Most od employees are friendly and helpful. If you don’t have an appointment you will stand in line for a while cause people start making the line couple hours before dmv open! And there is 20-30 people waiting outside during the whole day. Do yourself a favor and go early or just make appointment and skip the line . Good luck
