I had to put 1 star just to comment. Bought a battery 5 months ago. Had to miss work today, brought battery back and they wouldn't replace it. Said it needed to be charged. Ok, also said battery was leaking. Isn't that reason enough to replace battery? Anyways, left it for 2 hours. Returned, and battery was barely at 90%. that must have meant the battery was sorta low. Asked to speak to manager, he said he was busy. To busy to talk to a customer. Always referred people on a budget here. Prices are decent, quality of product is very poor. Lines are long, and customer service sucks. Won't be coming back here again. I'll also let everyone I've referred know about this.

Needed a Timing solenoid for my car. They were the only one's that had the part in stock around town, and for the best price. I ordered my part online, so I didn't have to wait long. The customer service was excellent as well. Will be coming back again. A+

Prices are decent. Only downside to this company is the wait time. My grandmother moves quicker than them. Wait time time is typically 45 minutes, on a slow day.

Really good quality parts can't beat the price been coming here for years but I feel like they need a better location and a bigger parking lot😐

Great prices! Sort of a long wait, it's better to order items on line and pick up yourself. But if you pay online, you have to present cc and id or picture of cc owner with id, and if shipped, will only be shipped to address of cc holder. But customer service is GREAT! Helpful, informative and they try to be patient
