I went there to get an exterior wash with tire gloss. After going through the wash there was still bug residue on the windshield.  The person. Drying/wiping the truck down did not even try to remove the residue.  It was not until I pointed it out did they even try to remove it. Then they said, "let me see what I can do". You are supposed to do your job. After talking to a "supervisor"  they had no clue how to resolve the issue. This car wash is a waste of money and time. Stay away!

Horrible. On 12/19/17 I went to Autobell to get my cars washed and the overall service was horrible. I paid for a manager special for both of my vehicle and my cars looked worse once they finished. Both vehicles were still dirty and they sprayed something on them and smeared the dirty all over my cars. They left all the dirty rags in one of my cars and didn't vacuum the backs of either of them. I would advise cleaning your own vehicles if able.

I love this place. You can do as little as a drive through for as little as $4.00 or go for a Managers special for $29.99. there is also a monthly service where you can come in as many times as you want during month starting at $24.95. Great people and great service. Convenience at a great price.

If I️ could give zero stars I️ would. Took my car here for a wash last night and opted for the so-called premium package with a hand dry and inside wipe down and vacuum - what I️ got was a half-a** shoddy job at best and my car was still not clean - water spots everywhere and windows smudgy. Smh. My car is new so it’s very easy to get and keep her clean, but this place is a joke. The guy looked at me like I️ was crazy when I️ wasnt happy - customer service sucked. Avoid and go elsewhere!

Took my wife's car in for a quick wash. During the wash the machine damaged a a part of the side paneling, without telling me a piece had come loose an inexperienced worker named Anthony who calls himself the manager tried to forcefully reapply the body molding. I had no idea he was about to break my wife's car until I heard a loud snap. This guy then turns to me and tells me "this thing is not going back on" well no duh as you just broke all the connector pieces off as you tried to force it back into place. When I asked for a refund he goes back into his car and brings me a coupon book, as if I'd ever take any vehicle I own back to this place! When I asked to speak to a manager he says "I'm him" and tells me there's nothing they can do and that the part was already damaged. The part was in no way damaged before coming here but was completely unfixable due to the inexperience of the people at auto bell. I called the corporate office and got a bunch of the same run around. I urge you to take your vehicle anywhere else but auto bell. The car isn't even clean and now I've got to pay to find the part this guy broke and have it fixed. Treat yourself and avoid this place at all costs.
