Paid for the best wash & detail they had. I could have done the same at the drive through  carwash and saved $40. Looks like they did a very hasty job. Left grass & dog hair in my back seat they were supposed to vacuum, missed spots on my windows and left streaks on the spots they did wipe and only applied tire shine to part of the tires. For what was paid I feel they should have taken their time and been thorough in detailing my truck.

I've been to this car wash close to 10 times and never do they vacuum in between your seats there can be literally tons of trash in between your seat and they Miss it. I've even complain to the managers about it and still the same thing. Suffice to say I will not be going back anymore. But maybe I could forgive that if they did an excellent job and every other aspect but even that is not the case.

I️ have been going to the location from long time and I️ do have monthly membership with them, I️ pay good tip as well. 
But today experience was the worst ever I️ can get anywhere.
Very very bad service. I️ wish I️ had owner contact so I️ could tell what their people do,
I️ was explains the guys to clean the car from inside out didn’t even listen to me and said come out from the car we need to pull up, I️ said to the guy how can you talk to me like this 
And he starting staring at me and giving me looks.
Since the old manager left and New manger came they didn’t wanna listen to anything 
I️ spoke to manager he didn’t give a dam what am talking about.
Rude rude people, never going their again. My money will go to Mr Clean.

They did a great job.  When you get the whole work done make sure you clean everything out your car.

Have tried to give them my business on 2 occasions. Given the reviews on here, and my experience with their poor customer service, I will not be back a 3rd time.  Dont like their attitude and policy regarding not giving you an option for to stay in the car thru the wash if you get an interior and exterior package. Kids love going through car wash and this just makes it more cumbersome and less fun for them. I dont have high hopes that this place. The old Mr. Clean was so much better. Given the reviews and my experience with their customer service, I say 1 yr max. Actually I am writing review at as my car gets washed at a car wash down the street. Too many options for this business to have such bad customer service and silly policies. Wont be getting my hard earned $$.
