I only gave 3 stars because I have experienced pretty good service in the past. Today, not so much. I always get my oil changed here and get the free wash rain checks. Today was my first time actually redeeming one and I almost wish I hadn’t. I normally pay for one of the washes. I walked to the counter , and the older gentleman who was extremely nice and friendly to the female ahead of me didn’t say anything he just reached for my receipt. Then I spoke and asked him how he was doing. He said “what?! Did you ask if I’m working hard?” I said no, I asked how’s  your day. In what I felt was a sarcastic way, he said “ it’s great! “ This was disappointing already because I don’t feel that I should have to initiate conversation as the customer. But whatever. Then I sit and wait for my vehicle, after seeing my vehicle sitting dripping wet for about 10 mind, I decided to step outside and see if my vehicle was ready. I stood there for 10 more mins and nothing. So I decided to flag an associate. I asked him if the vehicle was ready and if it had been dried. He told me that I needed to pay for hand dry if I wanted that. Cool, I’ve never used the “free” wash so I didn’t know that you had to pay if you didn’t want water spots all over your vehicle. Then I asked if it was ready why I wasn’t notified, in the past I’ve always been called by name when ready. He said “sir I told my manager it was done so sorry if they didn’t tell you but keys are inside”. No issue with him, but really? You all can’t even notify me that my vehicle is ready and there isn’t anyone in a supervisory role outside to monitor customers and assist where needed? I’m going to give this place one more try because in all fairness they have been pretty solid in the past, but today’s experience was really disappointing .

Came through this morning for emissions and noticed I also needed an oil change. Between the greeter, the service bay guys- excellent service. I will say also that "Chris" who was working outside doing vacuuming, windows and such should be the guy training the rest out there. The side he cleaned, vacuumed and wheels were factory clean. The other side- not so much. I watched him pull the cup holders out and clean them. Fantastic service overall. You are our new emissions, car wash and oil change go to. 

*****UPDATE***** 10/12/17
Had my new truck in today for an oil change. Irvin immediately greeted me with a “good morning” with a smile. They got me in quickly.  My truck is a dually and checking rear tire pressure is a challenge. Irvin went above and beyond to complete this task. Most places I’ve been too with this situation wouldn’t even try and just skip the service. Always great service here. Way to go management to finding quality, friendly team members.

I understand that your cost are going up just like  everyone. But you have made your pricing totally confusing. Came in today wanted a pro wash and the attendant told me I needed a basic wash and interior detail. So that is what I bought and they put tire shine all over my tires  very disappointed by the time I got home it was all over my car. If you need to go up on your pricing just go up don't make it so confusing!!!!
