Excellent dealership to take your car to get serviced or buy from. I have done both and have never been let down. Very friendly and courteous personnel. They do everything they can to make sure I get my car back as soon as possible and buying from them was an easy and smooth experience. The complimentary cafe is always stocked with beverages and goodies to munch on while waiting. Special thanks to Lucas, the manager of Autohaus, for making sure I was always taken cared of.

I ran across a listing of a used Audi listed by Autohaus and called, I got Tim Grob who was fantastic to talk to and was able to answer any question I had. It took about a week and a half until I could get there as I live about 3 hours away. Tim had sent numerous pictures of the car. When I arrived it was exactly as he had told me. The dealership itself is a great experience, no pressure and a fair deal. Tim's comment was "This doesn't have to be a bad experience" was absolutely true. Their complimentary snack bar and Saturday lunch was a surprise to me as well. Even though I purchased a used car, I was treated as well as those buying a new one. I highly recommend them for your next car.

I have purchased 2 MB's there, good clean place and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to get someone to call you back. I have an Audi now and service seems a bit difficult at best to get answers on anything. Prices for service are out the roof, $3000 for brakes and over $1000 for an oil service--to me, that just seems like a major gouge. I was able to work down that oil change/service to $500, but decided even that was ridiculous. I found another establishment that would do the oil service and brake job for a total of $600. I really like the establishment and being this is the only Audi/MB dealership in Peoria, I am sort of stuck, but they really need to work on being more competitive in their pricing. The Audi dealership in B/N is much cheaper for Audi services.

Brought an older S500 in for an alignment - they could not get it done as promised in one day because they "got busy". I said, fine, I'll keep the loaner for a couple of days since I'm out of town. They said no way, we only have ONE loaner. I got mad, the assistant service manager Paul, offered a free alignment next time I bring it in. Fair enough, I say. They align it, car drives just as before (I only drive it once a month, it's a classic). I put it up on the lift - SURPRISE... loose tie rod ends (needs replacement). You think the fancy multi-point inspection would have caught that? How can you align a car with loose tie rods? The only suggestion was a $4000 steering pump replacement (barely weeping, not even leaking). Ahem... looking for some big ticket items. Or, here's another question - was an alignment even attempted, or the car just sat there? I contacted Paul with these questions - he offered no help. My experience- don't waste your time. The most inexperienced mechanic would have returned with the suggestion of replacing the tie rod ends before performing an alignment. Lack of knowledge or lack of... ?

My daughter bought a car from Autohaus earlier tonight and was very impressed with their entire staff. We worked with Justin F. who was professional, pleasant, and very accommodating. Highly recommend checking out the dealership, and be sure to ask for Justin.👍👍
