Johnathan was superb! Busy day but made sure we were informed on the process. We were not buying a new expensive vehicle but we were treated as if we were!
I have bought new from dealership in Peoria several times but none compare. I will soon be in the market for a new vehicle and will come here first.

Great people all around. Was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in, offered a drink. Had an appointment, started on time, took a drive, great conversation. No deal that day as I had an appointment an hour away I had to get to. Follow up call, no pressure just a check in. Called back the next morning and we made a deal. Jim, Woody and Carl were all easy to talk to and deal with. Second vehicle I’ve bought here and it won’t be the last. Give Carl Luthy a call if you’re in the market. Thanks guys.

We haven't purchased yet but we know we will be purchasing a vehicle from Alex Goergen at BMW of Peoria.  We like to do our homework and then make the best possible decision on such a large purchase. No buyer's remorse that way. Alex was patient with us and took the time to find out what our wants and needs are in a new vehicle and we will recommend him to family and friends. He was professional and friendly.

Our recent experience in buying a new BMW was a very enjoyable experience! Neal Parod was extremely helpful in helping us figure out which car was right for us. He was both informative and fun on the test drive. And, he helped make the buying process relaxed and seamless!  Our experiences with the sales manager and the finance manager were favorable as well.  We actually traded in a car we didn’t drive to the dealership so they brought our new car down to us in Springfield and picked up our trade in car.  Then, later at our convenience, the tech. Genius - Tina Adams - made a separate trip down to Springfield to familiarize us with the amazing electronic functions. Tina did a great job of showing us how to best utilize the features on the car. We needed a patient teacher and she was both patient and a good communicator!  Great staff! Great experience!

What a great experience we had at BMW of Peoria!  Carl, Clinton, and Jim were excellent to work with and took great pride to ensure all our needs were met! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
