As a first time car buyer, Phil and his team at Automotive Search made my experience way better than expected. All of the staff were very friendly and greeted us the second we walked in. We were shown the car and told all the specifics while waiting to see Phil. They willingly provided us the Carfax report. Phil then came out and gave us the keys. His team explained they needed to do a few more things to make the car perfect but they would be able to have it done in the next few days. Phil then recommended a route that we could take to test drive the car and sent us on our way. After driving the car we told Phil we were going to look around a bit more. He did not try to push or close a quick sale. He gave us his cell phone number to call even though the company was about to close on Saturday. He offered to do this so we could call and hold the car until Automotive Search reopened on the following Monday and if I wanted to hold it before Monday. During the process of buying the car, Phil was very straight forward in making sure that I knew what all the paperwork was and what needed to be signed. Phil made this car buying experience one that I hope to have every time I buy a car and nothing like what I had heard it would be like.

This is my second car I've purchased with Colleen. I will tell you, there is no other way to go. Colleen is so knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. She actually made the experience fun. It literally took 15 minutes to do the paperwork. I will never go to a dealership again. Thanks Colleen!

I have worked with Phil twice and he has been an amazing help in my car search both times! He was very knowledgeable and helpful when inquired about getting a AWD vehicle and worked hard to find a wonderful car that was in my budget AND was in impeccable shape. His laid back, friendly, and compassionate way of working with his customers made the process easy and stress free! I would not hesitate to go back to him and will recommend him to anyone searching for a car. I am beyond ecstatic with the service provided by Phil and Automotive Search Inc :) From start to finish there was no hassle or pressure, only support and patience while I discussed and contemplated my car shopping needs. Without hesitation, I will fully recommend Phil and the whole company to anyone I know in the future who's looking for a new or used car!!

Best car buying experience ever. I was in the market for a new/used car and had spent countless hours between different dealerships. During my search I stumbled upon Automotive Search and decided to try them out. Henry, aka Hank made the process easy and simple. He quickly found the perfect car at an amazing price. No haggling, no high pressure, this was one of the smoothest/low stress purchases I have ever made. Never a doubt in my mind these guys are super trustworthy, reliable, and professional. Even his finance options surpassed what the dealer could do and I literally was out the door in minutes, no hours like a dealership puts you through. Not only would I do business again, I would highly recommend Henry and Automotive Search to my friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors! Thanks again for everything, I can't wait to do it all again next time I'm the market for another vehicle!
