Was coming in to look at a new 2018 Ford Escape SE. I had talked with Cody Roberts about what I wanted and immediately found what I wanted. Scheduled a test drive, and got right to business. Cody Roberts provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I needed a little time to myself to decide if I wanted the deal and Cody was more than willing to give me that.

My planning and research paid off with Russ @ Freeway Ford. As a lifetime car owner, I'd spent time exploring the best lease for me and chose the Ford Escape before entering the showroom. Russ was fantastic to work with, didn't try to oversell or pitch me a car I didn't need. He respected my choice and made the process fun and pretty easy. He made everything very clear around the leasing process and I couldn't be happier with my car and the crew at Barbee.

Sitting here waiting for the shuttle that was supposed to pick me up at 3:30, which I called to schedule before 2:30.  I have now been bumped twice for other customers and will be late to work as a result.  Not only have I been inconvenienced due to the shotty, cheap parts Ford likes to use in their vehicles resulting in a safety recall, but now the dealership is costing me money as well.  Keep up the great work  Barbee’s Freeway Ford!

Two used vehicles in 7 months.   I recommend this dealership.   Dustin is really good at what he does and worked with me to purchase a 2014 F150.  

While everything was not perfect, Vince in service and Dustin in sales worked to make everything right within a short period of time.   They took a pivotal moment in earning my business and made sure I would remain a customer for years to come, given their communication, resolution, and generally how I was taken care of.

We bought a new Ford F150 Lariat at Freeway Ford and we could not be more pleased with the experience and our Sales Consultant, Pierce O'Farrill. He is a wonderful guy and took all the time needed with no pressure. I would recommend Freeway to anyone and certainly suggest they ask for Pierce.
