Had a stress free auto buying experience at AutoNation Waco.  No high pressure sales and my salesman Rolando was great!  He kept me informed throughout the whole buying process which I'm happy to say did not take long at all by the way.  Scott in finance was also great.  Explained all the paperwork and didn't pressure me into buying any extras I didn't want.  Showed me prices of different add-on packages that I felt comfortable with and let me pick and choose the add-ons I wanted within my budget.  Oh and the car I picked is awesome!  I would definitely buy another car from these folks!

No information in system about the appointment I made. Couldn’t give me a time frame to come back. After 2 1/2 hours not hearing back I called to check, they had no record of my truck. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to find it in the shop before being told it would be another hour. Still took about 2 hours after that point. When I picked up the truck I noticed the sheet said they used a different grade of oil than specified in the owners manual. Upon asking about getting more information I was told there was a bulletin online GM had realized saying it was okay, and I could look it up, only to be hurried out of the lobby so they could lock up and leave. Then starts this satisfaction survey. I have received at least 1 email a day, some days two, and about 5 phone calls asking for my feedback.

What a great experience I had at this service center. They were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Chris and Phil to people looking for a service center.

Poor customer service.  Got transferred multiple times with people not wanting to help during scheduling of service.  Following service, I noticed the AC blew with a pronounced whining noise.   I called the service person that was assigned to me.  He said he'd talk to the service tech who did the service and call me back.  He didn't.  
In short, poor service and questionable (at best) workmanship.

I went to almost every car lot in Waco and was either turned down or they asked me for a huge down payment because of my credit score. I didn't think I would have the slightest chance of getting approved at Autonation but the sales rep Edward B. Is absolutely AMAZING and he did everything he possibly could to get me approved! He even worked with my down payment as well! Autonation is THE PLACE TO GO TRUST ME!!! Great job!
