Only reason I gave them one star is cause you can't put no stars. For one we already had applied for a car and had an appointment set up to sign the papers and pick it up. We drove almost 3 hours and when we got there they had sold the car we were picking up 2 hours before our already set appointment and approval. For two on the new car we left with was told they were throwing in floor mats to make up for it, come to find out no they did not through them in they charged us almost $500 on our note then to top it off were almost 2 months out and still no $500 mats that we paid for anyways. And we are now having to keep paying car payment on our used car we traded in and do not even own anymore cause they refuse to solve the issues with Ford to make it clear we traded it in and now that we've called and called wanting answers we are stuck with 2 car payments so it doesn't go against my credit and one of them we do not even own anymore and they now refuse to answer anything we ask either put us on hold and never return or tell us they will give us a call back with answers with no call back. The lady that sold us our car was let go so that's their excuse to not answering any of our questions. So do not trade your car in on anything there cause you will be stuck still paying on it cause they refuse to fix it or contact your bank to confirm you do not own it anymore. And do not take their lies on oh we'll throw this in for free for your losses cause its also lies. Did not detail the car and we left the dealership with gas light on luckily we made it to gas station. This was an still is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Do NOT trust them. And their prices online are not the real prices nor was the bright yellow sticker in the window that said was $31,000 now $23,999 cause we found that out real quick when we got there. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Went to the dealership with my brother while he was looking for a new truck. From the moment we drove on the lot, and meet Matt Maxwell, the customer service couldn't have been any better!! Matt listened to what my brother wanted in a new truck and went above & beyond calling all over the state and Oklahoma to find it for him. My brother got the new 2018 Dodge Ram he wanted and is completely satisfied with it!
The great customer service he received impressed me so much I traded my truck in also for a brand new 2018 Dodge Ram!!
Thank you Matt Maxwell for making my experience as good as my brothers!!!
Thank you also to Travis, Blake and Shawn for being there for both of us!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I have never been treated with such disrespect from a dealer starting from the guy that answers the phones to transfer you to the different departments and please don’t even get me started with the sales department. Since when did it become correct to hang up on somebody while they are still talking to you, the sales lady did that every time we spoke on the phone. Extremely rude and UNORGANIZED!!!  The guy that answered the phone for general questions had the nerve to tell me to spit out what I had to say because he had 4 people waiting on the other line. I mean this is just unvaliable. I don’t know how this place is still in business. I will not referred anyone to make any contact or business with this Dealer. This is embarrassing to say the least of everything that I have experience.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Bossier Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram they provided excellent and professional service.  May my sales person went above and beyond to help me into my new vehicle.  She showed her passion and expertise in finding the right car for my needs.  Marissa, Angie and Shawn were awesome as well.
