One year ago I reviewed this dealer...let's up that a year later. In the form of a mad-lib, here is your 2017 review of AutoNation Ford of Brooksville, FL: Imagine your brand new car, almost perfect and a pleasure to drive. One day something doesn't sound right and you decide to book an appointment with the closest dealer's _______(noun) for a check-up. The day of the appointment you arrive a bit early to get checked in and avoid extended, common delays from a service center; the fun begins. Three ______(nouns) sit in their A/C booths without an acknowledgment. They are clearly _______(expletive adjectives) since it's too difficult so say hello. A few minutes pass and the ________(expletive nouns) are still sitting there ________(vulgar verb) and not paying attention... my point should be understood by now. It doesn't matter if one minute passes or ten minutes pass there shouldn't have been any delay in acknowledgement and consideration of why I was even there. They did take the time to argue back and forth with a service tech so I'll give a nod to that gentleman for getting their attention. In the end, what can anyone do other than go online and write a review? Service centers are a dime a dozen sadly and this diaper rash of an establishment can continue to write it's own reviews of failure.

Helpful staff. Convenient location. We bought a pre-owned Escape here and the process was super easy. They provide classes to ensure you know how to use all the bells and whistles. Thank you, love our Escape.

Don Schumaker is the very best when it counts, and a service consultant professional. I service my vehicle in Brooksville, although I live 30 miles away just because of the trust Don and AutoNation Ford have create with me. Good dealership for sure, but their service consultant is the best I have ever worked with over the past 30 years. ! Job well done Don.

Todd Featherson was great! Answered my million questions. Lol. I highly recommend this place. Bought a car and so far, highly satisfied. The loan officer was really nice as well. He came out to introduce himself. Over all, it was a nice experience.
