I have been going to this service center for about 4 years for all my car repair needs.  The service reps and mechanics are always very helpful and polite.  The work I have had done on my vehicles amounts to thousands of dollars total and the work has always been well done.  I have no complaints in that department.  The main problem with Goodyear is that their prices are SKY HIGH!  They tend toward the "worst case" scenario when diagnosing problems or suggesting maintenance work that may or may not be really necessary at that particular time.  You have to be selective in what you authorize them to do or you will pay a $1,000 dollar invoice almost every time.  Buyer beware.  They do offer a Goodyear Credit Card that allows you 6 months interest free to pay if you spend I think it is $250 on one order.  That is a benefit if you don't have the cash to cough up for expensive repairs and trust me, they WILL be expensive.

Came in last week and had four new tires mounted and balanced. Everyone was helpful, polite and had my car in and out in a timely manner.  Even had crayons and stickers  to keep my two year old entertained.

The service manager is polite and professional.  The brake service seemed to take a long time but since it was for a Prius they might have needed to order the parts. The labor cost also seemed a little high.

Posted yesterday. Had a little glitch with caliber from brake job. Got us right in today. Again, highly informative and professional. Would highly recommend.

I worked here over 10 years ago as the start to my career in this field. I will say that Goodyear is a great training spot to learn all about mechanics, but it falls off from there. They employ idiots to work at all the locations and the pay is the worst in the country. By far! This place gets 1 star because I cant give zero.
