Great place to buy a car! This was my first new car purchase and I was incredibly nervous. Greg listened to what I wanted and showed me exactly what I asked for. Everyone was very helpful explaining the process along the way and I would feel very comfortable going back in the future or recommending them to a friend.

My wife Terry and I were in the market for an SUV and had never purchased this type of vehicle prior to this experience. Michael Jordan our Sales Rep and his Manager - Marcus Miller were their for us from the beginning. BOTH WERE SIMPLY EXCEPTIONAL!! They gave me a very fair valuation of my car and helped us make the RIGHT decision as to leasing or buying. They even brought in a car from their vast dealer inventory and it was the right car for us in the end. Cant say enough nice things about Michael & Marcus!! I have been taking my car for service to this dealership for the past year, so I can also speak to their concierge level of service. They treat you with respect and with care from the moment you enter the service bay. They even wash your car ...simply outstanding service!! I have known Michael and Marcus for well over 4 years and without a doubt I can state that I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP....THESE TWO GENTLEMEN ARE EMBLEMATIC OF THE WORD VALUE...SUPERIOR QUALITY IN ALL THEY DO AND MORE THAN FAIR PRICE. TRULY A WIN WIN IN EVERY SENSE. THIS IS MY 3RD CAR THAT I'VE PURCHASED FROM AUTONATION THROUGH MICHAEL & MARCUS AND IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST!!!

This was a pleasant experience! Everyone was very professional and not pushy or aggressive. They answered all my questions and showed me all the details I requested on the vehicle I purchased. They do a quality job inspecting and detailing their vehicles. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford North Canton!

We drove 350 miles for the truck that we wanted. When we got there they had everything ready for us. After a test drive and a good once over we started working over the numbers. They were very fair on my trade in and we started at a fair price on the truck. We were very happy with the final number. Long drive but we'll worth it. Thanks You Ashley

Buying a car has never been so easy. The man helping me answered all of my questions and if he didn't know the answer he found it quickly. I bought my car in May and I went back to the man who helped me 2 weeks ago and Mike Harter was still very helpful and took time to get me what I needed. I recommend Auto nation Ford and Mike Garter.
