Great customer service. Great environment, very clean. Very competitive prices. Wish all other dealerships we're as good and friendly and truthful as this one. Would recommend to anyone needing repairs or even just an oil change.

I was interested in seeing two vehicles in your online inventory, so I called ahead yesterday morning ~9:00am to verify availability and make an appointment (to be respectful of your time). The person I spoke with on the phone assured me that both vehicles were available. I even got a text message letting me know the saleswoman I would be working with at my 5:00pm appointment and that BOTH vehicles would be ready. However, when I arrived at the dealership only one vehicle was there. After she stepped away to figure out what was going on, I was informed that one of the vehicles was still in Michigan and hadn't arrived at the dealership yet. Naturally this led to two questions from me 1) Why didn't anyone let me know this at any point today before I made plans and drove all the way down here? and 2) Why do you even post a vehicle online if you don't actually have it yet? The response was "sorry" and we'll let the manager know. I was unhappy with the experience, but not upset with the individual employees as this falls on management. So, I called this morning and spoke to manager, Kyle, about my experience. I told him I didn't understand their process (related to my two questions above) and was unhappy with my inconvenience. His response was "sorry." I told him that I am still interested in the vehicle that had yet to arrive, but wasn't happy with the customer service aspect of my experience. His response was that they "can't discount the price of the vehicle." I didn't even ask for a discounted price?? I further explained that I didn't feel like they (Marhofer) cared to have me as a customer...he offered to call to me when the vehicle arrives to the dealership. This illustrates my dissatisfaction with this dealership. They place no value on customer service or earning a customer's business. Rather, they have a mentality that since they believe their prices are the best, there is nothing else that can be done. They create this sense of "we have low prices, so we don't need to do anything else." They make you feel like your simply just another person that will buy car from them, and if not someone else will. I get it, you feel confident that you offer competitive prices. But, for many this is still a significant purchase and it would be nice to feel happy about the transaction. It would be nice to feel like an inconvenience to me (that was your fault) was something that actually mattered to you and that you want to earn my business. It would be nice if you showed that you care about your customers.

Our experience at Ron Marhofer Buick GMC was superb! Having two small children, I was really appreciative of their patience both with me and my children. One of the salesmen even sat and drew pictures with my children while we were waiting for my husband to arrive to test drive a car. Steve Richards was an excellent salesman and answered every question we had before, during, and after our purchase. He has expressed gratitude in multiple ways since our purchase, which makes us feel appreciated not just as customers but as a good acquaintance. Steve has checked in with us about our satisfaction as well. All in all, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have had (and car buying is not one of my favorite things to do!). We would definitely recommend Ron Marhofer Buick GMC to our friends!

Purchased a used vehicle last week and could not be more pleased with the staff at Marhofer in North Canton. Steve Richards was the sales contact. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. Great communication via text and email with no high pressure sales tactics. Excellent price on my new vehicle and more then fair on my trade in. A very customer focused dealership.
