Roland Bellcow is a fantastic fleet manager and provided us with invaluable information to make our van order complete. We couldn't have ordered all the options we required without his hard work. The only disappointment was with the finance manager who relentlessly tried at sell us an Auto Nation warranty we had no interest in purchasing. Overall experience was good and I would recommend them to my friends.

Bought a Mustang from this dealership I'm glad that I took the drive all the way out there. Louis gave me great service I felt comfortable. He gave me a great deal and answered all my questions. I'm so happy with my purchase I will recommend him to my family and friends.

My sales associate, Vince Catalino, made me a highly-satisfied, repeat customer at AutoNation Ford in Torrance. Purchased my second all electric Ford Focus (140 mi. range), and Vince was objective, fair, pleasant, and certainly attentive to my preferences. He followed through on all aspects of the transaction, and I trust my previous good experience with the service dept. (although limited due to great vehicle performance) will carry-on without exception. Thank you to the entire team for your customer-based service.

Amazing service! Friendliest car buying experience ever. If you were looking for a fantastic deal call Ron Smith at AutoNation Ford Tarrance! I shopped around and was very thorough and no other Ford dealership was able to even come close to competing with the price provided to me by Auto Nation Ford Torrance. Agreed on the price prior to driving down but was a bit skeptical and expected the typical monkey business and haggling... Happily surprised and totally blown away by the lack of haggling involved. Not only did I get the price promised but there was absolutely no effort to upsell or overcharge me on anything. Ron Smith and his entire team were totally professional and helpful and spent a lot of time and effort ensuring that I was completely satisfied. I can honestly say that I completely recommend this for that location with no reservations. They completely went above and beyond!

This was a great experience. Louis Scarpelli helped me out with purchasing a Ford Explorer Sport. I have to say he was really helpful from start to finish. He says he doesn't like working but I think he really does enjoy helping his customers out, because everyone goes to him. He even added some extras to my sweet ride, and got me a great deal on my trade in with the help of Horatio (Harold) - (which they offered more than any other place I went to), and even made sure I was squared away with how to use all the features with the new ride. Thanks again Autonation Ford Torrance!
