I recently bought a Mini at the Layton Ave. location, and had a great experience - the car was was as advertised and well-priced, and Nate gave wonderful customer service (and the rest of the staff that I dealt with was also excellent). A seamless buying experience. When a couple of minor issues came up (the car was missing its spare key, and there was a mechanical issue with the ABS sensor on one wheel), Nate was prompt, courteous, and professional, and they took care of everything at their expense. They've got great cars, and they stand behind them. I love the integrity, and I very highly recommend them!

So you are new to Autosource. This is a review specific to the Airport location as I have no experience with the North dealership.

I have a been a customer for bout 10 years buying numerous cars from Nate specifically. The rest of the team is awesome but Nate has been the man since I first bought my son a car 10 years ago.

I recently bought a car from Nate with a specific purpose in mind. I went in looking for an Audi, BMW or Mercedes. Mind you Nate has like 168 cars to offer and could have easily sold me A car out of that list. BUT as he always does, he listened to what I needed and then turned me on to a Volkswagon of all things. Never would have considered a Volkswagon, UNTIL Nate laid out a case for it, showed me how it would help me save and make money, then went about getting me a great deal. This car is exactly what I needed and I did not know it until Nate took that time to get into my need and get me a solution. 

So out of all the cars he could have sold me he sold me THE car i needed. Amazing.

You can only give 5 stars here but once you get in and buy a car the experience only gets better. Sales 25 stars....Support when the inevitable challenge with the car strikes one of the cars you buy....25 stars... Nate's support a priceless!

Pricing, trust, trade value, respect. I can't speak highly enough about this team.

So, as you read these reviews, understand that they are simply selling in a relaxed atmosphere. Go inside. Chat with the guys, buy a car and you will see a side of car sales that you don't see often. Its actually compelling. 

I know first hand, after 10 cars, what I am talking about!

Prices were pretty good, but I was outside the dealership for ten minutes looking at vehicles and nobody aknowledged my girlfriend's and my presence. You could always greet customers without pressuring them, just didn't care too much about the no interaction as it wasn't even busy for you. A greeting would have been nice and to have been asked for assistance. We're not as desperate for vehicles as the salesmen are for sales. We were looking to purchase two vehicles for her and myself, but I ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else for her this evening.

I'm giving them 4 stars today, bought and paid for my new 2003 Mercedes clk 320 convertible 2 weeks ago. During my test drive we put the top down and I was sold!! This will be my second convertible I purchased from them. 8 yrs ago I purchased a Chrysler Sebring,(convertible) had a good experience w/that Car purchase. Had a wet trunk and they gave me a car to use while the Sebring was getting fixed. Now back to the Mercedes, top down while test drove car, purchased the car drove it a week before I attempted to lower the top (do to the cold and rainy weather) the top would not go down. Took it back to Autosource that day, Steve the floor sales man sent me to their mechanic Chris. Steve also said Auto Source will cover the bill fully. Seeing the top worked when I test drove the car, I would not purchase a convertible if the top did not work. Chris looked at it and said it was the switch not only for the top but also for the trunk. 5 days later I called Chris to see if the part he ordered was in and yes it was!! So now it's been 2 weeks without being able to put my top down or use my trunk!! The reason I bought a convertible was to enjoy it w/the top down. Now the 2 most hottest days we are having I'm not able to enjoy in my new car! Sooo sad!! Took the car back to Chris so he can replace the switches only to find out it still doesn't work. Now they are taking it to a Mercedes dealer to see if a software update will fix my huge problem!! Not happy to buy a convertible and not actually have a convertible!! I'm more sad than anything, just a huge disappointment. I'm still waiting for Auto Source to call me themselves with any news. I asked about a rental car the first time I dropped it off by Chris and Steve told me they do not have access to any rentals. I don't feel I should have to pay for a rental. Seeing this problem was not caused by me! This will be the second day without a car. Husband works second shift so he has our second car. I had to make arrangements w/my mom and inconvience her by using her car to go to work, grocery shop and drop off & pick my son up from school. So now would be a good time for Auto Source to call me!! I don't know maybe tell me how long this will take or to apologize or offer me a rental?? Hoping this software update will work! If it doesn't I'm not sure what my options are? I will deal with that if the time comes. Now I wait...fingers crossed to get my car back with the top down and trunk open! I will update my review with a higher rating if all works out the way it should.

Went to go check out the x5 white bmw, the price was good but if not my husband (mechanic) they would have never told us the car was done and from the auction with a clean title. The body after a review was horrible, inside scratched, the outside mostly painted, close but diff paint, not done professionally. The sales guy was trying to hide it.
