Twice I have driven to this dealership for help with my vehicles instead of driving to dealership where both of my vehicles had been purchased.  Each time the owner or mechanic has shown and explained necessary steps for correcting or undoing a simple mistake on my part. No cost and five minutes of courteous conversation. The vehicles on their lot are clean and glistening for a test drive. Their location is very good to take your vehicle for a checkup.

Lacks professionalism and basic customer service. My first impression when walking through the door was awkward. The owner did not really greet me and almost seemed like he was trying to be intimidating. I don't know, maybe this guy just has no customer service or people skills who knows. I asked him if the car had been in any accidents and he said yes but he did not know if they were major or minor. So I told him that I worked at a body shop and I would look it over carefully. After telling him that I would need to contact my bank to get the loan, and after him stumbling through which parts of the car was hit, he then told me that the vehicle was involved in a total loss with a rebuilt salvage title and that I should talk to a loan officer that I personally know. This way the bank would be able to give me a loan. He then handed me the keys and told me that he hopes the test drive is quick as he was closing soon. He also told me that the vehicles on his lot were bought salvaged at the auction and he fixes them to sell them. My advice to him would be to be clear about this up front to his customers before they drive 45 minutes to his business to look at a vehicle. This guy is the worst salesman I've ever dealt with and I will recommend anyone to not purchase a vehicle from there, especially for the safety of their family. I work in the Collision business and if a vehicle is not fixed correctly structurally it can be very dangerous to drive in if it ever gets hit again. You are gambling if you buy a car from here, especially not knowing the skill-set level of the shop that repaired it.

"Exceptional Service"

 I'm taking a moment to share my experience with the United Motors LCC, 
After visiting so many car dealers, I was very lucky and so glad to end up with the United Motors. The salesman  wasn't pushy at all, didn't try to sell me insurance or coverage or play the shell game on pricing. I received the most professional and friendly service I ever had buying a car... 

United Motors...You Are Awesome ... .5 Stars all the way no more needed to say. Thanks!!!!
