Nice, low pressure experience. Unlike a lot of places, these folks didn't pass me off to sales people with empty but impressive-sounding titles. Nobody even mentioned "gap" or "anti-theft" insurance (although spaces for these were present on the quote form I was given at the end of the interview). They also let me take an unsupervised test drive of indefinite length [I went to Walmart to pick up a few things], asking only for a photocopy of my driver's license as security. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been if the vehicle I was looking at had ~40K or so miles less on it, but that's not really something they could control.

The sincerest thank you to Mike and all the staff at AutoStar of Asheville for helping us change the flat tire on our car. Mike went out of his way to help us without any hesitation at all. In today’s society where people seem so unwilling to help others, we truly could not be more grateful for AutoStar of Asheville! We’re positive they show the same hospitality to their customers since they helped 2 out-of-state strangers with a flat tire (and crappy lugnut). Thanks again, Mike and AutoStar!

Great deals. Great customer service. Terrance and Amanda welcomed me and my family with open arms. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Auto Star. It was one of the best decisions I've made thus far. (Patton Avenue location)

Very enjoyable experience.  Answered my questions.  Explained all the details.  Extremely responsive and organized with the sale.  No high pressure tactics.  I would recommend to others.

We never expected to have such an amazing experience as what we did. Terence ROCKS! He is a great listener. He is patient and honest. Very attentive to what my needs were and I am grateful for that. The process with Aman2was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Auto Star Asheville.
