This Autozone stays open till 8 on Sundays which beats the chesterland one. Was able to run in and get a bulb at 730pm. Can't beat the convenience and how fast and friendly the service was. Good store and the people seemed to know their stuff

It had the "lets just make a sale feel." The gentleman didn't seem terribly concerned . I wouldn't go there for customer service but i would for my parts. They were fully stocked and had tons of useful items and they were quick .

I walked in and was stared down by an older gentleman who was not busy doing anything, yet there was a line of customers. I ignored the stare and asked if they had a part that I needed. He did show me where the part was located. He criticized a customer who was in the line who left apparently frustrated with the wait. Then when I went to check out he and another older gentleman were criticizing an earlier customer of the day for getting frustrated with one or both of them. Better people skills are needed.

Two older men around 7:50 pm were extremely rude for no reason. Their tone was snarky and condescending right when I walked in. The older gentlemen with glasses started the rudeness, followed by his associate. If you can't give proper customer service, find another occupation please, because this experience almost made me stop giving this company my business. The only reason I'll keep going here is because the store is right next to my house and I've had better service from other associates. However, these two associates left me feeling extremely angry and frustrated.
