What a joke!  Have had bad experiences here in the past, but was forced to come here to be fitted for a suit for my friend's wedding recently (not my choice).  The girl taking measurements literally just chit chatted with her friend the entire time.  She showed ZERO interest in even being there.  The measuring tape was all twisted when she was measuring and I brought that up.  She said it didn't matter (turns out it did).  My experience was so unpleasant that I even had to ask her if she was having a bad day because she seemed so angry.  Of course this made things worse and if I hadn't already been through the whole ordeal, I would have walked out and gone to another location.  Do yourself a favor and do what I should've done.  Go somewhere else!!!

Great experience ! My husband was very please with the service and quality of the clothing. If you go there see Nolan Pickett he is awesome!

Everything was professional & pleasant, right up until the wedding day... when we learned they'd given our groomsmen the WRONG COLORS. They were from out of town and couldn't pick anything up until the morning of. We called Men's Wearhouse to bring it up and they basically told us we were out of luck. Thanks for ruining my wedding.

I initially went to the mayfield branch to be fitted for my wedding. I did not particularly like the service. The person who did my measurements didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I ended up renting my tuxedo from the Mentor location.  See it's review (they were awesome and gave me warm and fuzzies)

Stop in here once in a while when I need an accessory to match something ... tie, lapel pun, etc... Friendly staff, good selection.
