Had what I wanted. The cashier/parts counter setup is typical dysfunctional AutoZone. The guys finding and pulling parts have to go over to a cash register to check you out. It's not a big deal, but it takes a long time to check out.

On 12/10/16 I went to buy two sets of wipers for two different cars. A young man looked up the wipers I needed and sold them to me. He then offered to install them on the car I drove in. He could not do it and then asked another older man if he could, but he could not do it either. Then they asked third man and he too was not able to install them. I asked for my money back on this wiper set and decided to keep the other set thinking I could install them. The man that was processing my credit was helpful but asked the manager Juan K for assistance. But the manager kept having him ring up other customers and made me keep waiting. I had already been there 30-45 minutes and all these other people who came in after me kept being served. This man has no business being a manager or being in customer service. I should have been taken care of first as I was there before everyone else. I complained loudly and was finally issued a credit for the wipers. Several days later I went to install the wipers on my other car. But low and behold I noticed they were not the same size as what the car had. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the store and get the right ones. Anticipating another bad experience, I was pleasantly surprised. Johnny R. looked at the wipers and my car and said I was sold the wrong ones. He looked up the correct ones and ordered them and installed them today 12/15/16. Johnny R. was extremely helpful and is all about customer service and if he is not a store manager, he should be. Unfortunately he told me he was being transferred, so I will never go back to this store and I would recommend that anyone else avoid this store as well.

They always have what Im looking for and the staff is knowledgeable on the products and inventory. Very friendly too.
