I went in for some help with a few seized up bolts. I needed to remove from a part on my truck. Another tire shop wanted 50 bucks for the 5 minutes it would take to remove them. This jiffy lube happily did it for free. Customer service is great here.

First time ever for me to go to. Jiffy Lube. Arrived for an oil change and air in my tires. I knew the car hadn't had any service in so long. They checked the car and I ended up doing everything needed there. Great service, quick and very reasonable!!!!!  Thank you!!

Pros:
-They are quick.
-They were cheap...

Cons:
-Now they are expensive.
-Customer service could be better.

if the ratings scale went into negatives, I would rate this shop a negative 5. I went into this shop with a coupon that stated it would be $20 for an oil change. I happily drove my car in and told the mechanic what I was there for, he casually asked me to leave the keys in my car and go into the office to meet with the sales rep who would discuss my options with me. I didn't hesitate and did as I was asked. The rep came in right after me (I was sitting no longer than 2 min). he started going over price options with me and when I saw my options, even after applying my coupon, I told him I'd rather go get my oil change somewhere else because they were too expensive. (The cheapest option they were giving me was $80!! for an oil change!!) he then proceeded to tell me that it was too late because they had already begun the process! at this point I was infuriated - how do you start a service for someone without going over pricing first! aside from that he went on to say that the price included an array of services, which they did not provide (vacuuming, window cleaning, break fluid etc). By far the most disappointing and worst customer service I have experienced in an extremely long time.

I was just here yesterday to get an oil change. I had to come back today morning because they overfilled it and my engine was overheating and every time when I shift gears it was stalling. I brought it back and I'm still waiting and it's been 40 minutes and my car is not even getting seen. If they correctly did the only one job that they are responsible for doing, I won't be wasting my precious Saturday at this awful place. Thankfully I'm moving soon and I no longer need to come here. Check your engine level before you leave this place or don't waste your time at all from first place.
