By far most horrible customer service ever, people that help you don't know how to use the system had to call and find the Part number myself in the store, and they leave for 5-10 min just to ask someone how to use the system or if they have the part that Mexican manager sucks at her job. Waited for 20 + min still was waiting for her so just left to o'reilly's which they helped me in 5 min. Save time and get great customer service with professional knowledge at o'reilly's

A good place to get what I need for my vehicles, very convenient, and great customer service.

Slowest service ever. One employee kept having to call manger over to put his password in each time he did a search for parts. No one working the register had to stand in the line for parts service, when all I needed was a quart of brake fluid.
