I would give 0 stars if I could. But If i were you, I WOULDN’T come to this location. My boyfriend got an oil change a few months ago here and when we went to get an oil change the bolt was stripped and we can’t get it out. Now due to this situation my boyfriend has to pay $600 for a new oil pan. And the manager mike gave me an attitude and said it’s our fault but it’s them who touched our car last. Never will I ever go back and I will tell all my friends not to go back here either. I prefer to go to Walmart rather than this place. DO NOT come here for an oil change. If you want a stripped bolt then go ahead.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE! My mom went in for an oil change and the mechanic told her that she needed to replace the oil pan and that it would cost 600 dollars! First of all, he said the pan alone was $350, its $130 at orielys. Second, it did not need to be replaced at all! The threads were damaged, thats it, which is simple and inexpensive to fix. He thought he could screw her over 600 dollars, not knowing that my dad and husband are mechanics and the only reason she took it in was because it was more conventient since my dad and husband were unavailable that day. I cant help but wonder how many women have paid hundreds of dollars for unnecessary repairs that probably werent even done, so that this guy or possibly other employees there, could pocket every dollar. Strait profit. Its men like this that give shops a bad rep. My husband will be contacting their district office.

I've been coming to this auto shop for the last 4 years. Robert the Manager is always there to greet me with a smile and ask me how I've been since my last oil change.  When my first vehicle was overheating, they quickly identified a faulty thermostat and replaced it. I'm now on my 3rd vehicle that I've had serviced at their shop and I always feel that I'm in good hands.  Robert is very knowledgeable but also won't tell you that you need something when you don't. In fact, he has talked me out of wasting money on something I thought I needed. 
I've never had a bad experience here, that's why I keep coming back!  The only issue is they can get very busy so I always come as early as I can.

I've been to this shop plenty of times and always had a pleasant visit in a timely manner in every different occasions weather it was for simple oil changes, regular maintenance or even getting alternator replaced. The manager Robert always made sure my vehicle had the best service. I would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone who truly cares about their vehicle.

I live in Lincoln Ca and I drive all the way to this shop because I trust them. They have always done what I came in for they recommend what I need but do not pressure me in to buying at that moment. They do a great job amd leave my car clean. It's always easy to get in and get out never took longer then expected. They are also very friendly and I tell all my friends and family to come here over any place that is even near me. 👍
