Came on Wednesday afternoon there was two girls working csr #21 have to say girls have poor customer service my questions were not answered properly look like they didn't even want to be there not even a thank you after my purchase. If you want to get good quality service afternoon when  guys are working for some reason they help way better and explain things way better than  the girls that were there which I think it should be the other way around.

They usually give me the wrong parts. And some of their reps don't know much about cars. Overall they give minimal service at best.

I needed a couple of things for my mechanic to complete my oil change and tune up.  Prior to going to the AutoZone 5443 at 4301 Cesar Chavez, LA, CA 90022, I telephoned ahead of time and inquired to find out if the parts I needed were in stock.  Mr. Flores was the person who answered my call.  He was extremely helpful in making sure that I had everything necessary for my mechanic to tune up my car.   Mr. Flores also made some additional suggestions for preventative maintenance.  He was very courteous and polite in his telephone customer service.  

When I arrived at the store, he remembered everything I asked for and even remembered my name.  I was totally surprised and completely pleased to know that he was so attentive to my request.  I complimented him on his excellent customer service.  At that particular store it is always a great challenge to find parking, because it is a very busy store.  I had to park across the street at the Jack-In-The-Box parking lot so that I could make my purchase.  (I had to buy coffee there just to make sure I would not be towed for illegal parking).  

When I was finished with my purchase, Mr. Flores helped me carry my supplies to my car across the street.  I described to him how I also worked in customer service and was just so grateful for his top notch customer service.  I promised him that I would definitely make sure that he would be commended.  However, my receipt didn’t have a survey, hence the reason why I posting this review.  Mr. Flores is most definitely the best salesmen I have ever encountered at any Auto Zone.  I could easily expect this level of service from a fancy high end store, but was very pleased to know that he was totally “walking the walk” of representing what top notch customer service is all about!  Thank you!

A horrendous place to go to due to the parking lot.  Sure the spots would work great if everyone drove a sub compact.  Staff although slow at times are very friendly and helpful.
