I got a loaner tool returned it and asked how long it would take for the money to go back in to my account and  I was told one or two business days.  It's been over a week and no refund.  When I made the purchases, the money was out of my account and in to Pep Boys account the moment I swiped my card so why do I have to wait over a week for the funds to go back into my account? 

Also, I contacted Pep boys via email as suggested on their auto reply to this post but it's been 5 days and no reply.  Thank goodness the money did finally go in to my account today but it took 10 days.

The technician at front desk was friendly and  patience. He explained that my car needed just a light bulb no need replace headlights like i though. Car was finished on time and price not bad.

Pepboys used to be the store to buy stuf for my cars.  I was nit much into autozone but whenever I check prices, I see that pepboy is 10 % expensier than autozone.  I have a 2014 kia optima that i have to replace my battery and they have it for 200 and autozone has it for like 180.  Guess where I am gonna buy it?  Now I remember why I stopped going there.  No rating since I want to be paid 10 % for my positive commenta.  I hope that like how it feels.

After oil change and head back home from the freeway, I heard wield sound from the bottom. I pulled over and found out 3 out of 16 bolts were in place and the rest went missing. Bottom plate is a gonna. Never come back.

I went to get an oil change and they told me that it will take to two hours to get my car. So I said ok. So I went home. Been more then 4 hours, so I decided call them and they told me they are barely changing the oil and will call me back when it was done. So they call me after two hours that my car is ready. So if your looking for an oil change than don't go to Pep boys look for another place that will not take a long time to do a oil change.
