Went to this place to return a product that was under warranty. I asked for a refund. The guy said he can only replace it with a new one. I told him I went to O'Reilly and got one there. And it worked fine. He said he can only switch it out. I asked him what the hell am I supposed to do with an extra sensor? He looked at me dumbfounded. I tossed the old part at him and told him to keep it and that I'll be going to O'Reilly Auto Parts now. He said good because that's where ghetto beaners go. Ok. I won't stoop to his weak ass level. But I will pray for this ass hat. I pray I catch his ass on the street. I will NEVER spend another dime at ANY Autozone ever again. Me or any of my "BEANER" family.

Very unprofessional and rude; refused to accept a defective tie down for return. No reason given. Return same item in colfax ave successfully, no question asked . Auto zone has lose one valuable customer.

On Christmas Eve after my car battery died as soon as I drove up, I enlisted the help of Jordan, who was most helpful in telling me my options and pointing out what he thought the problem was. I left my car to charge at the store because they needed it to be at full charge to get a reading on it. Turns out I needed a new battery, which they gave me a discount on (thanks, Beth). Jordan also offered to help me with any additional problems in the future. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially given that this was Christmas Eve evening. Quite impressed.

Very non Auto people, these sad people can't even measure a stud wich Napa and oreilly do very easy if I had the tool I would have showed this idiot how to do it, sad it was the manager that is the idiot. Then I got kicked out because I said is there any real parts stores around here.. that is why I keep driving past all Auto zones..

I have been here several times as it is closest to my house to pick up the part needed while tinkering in the garage they always have it in stock always a friendly staff
